Our History

We noticed our friends and family were feeling sick and stressed out. It made us really sad, like seeing flowers that are not doing well. Then we remembered stories about yoga, a magical thing that's like sunshine for both the body and the mind.

We wanted to help, so we decided to do something about it. Yoga seemed like the perfect solution, something that could make people feel better. That's why we started this place—to share the magic of yoga and make people's lives brighter.

Our journey began with stories about how yoga isn't just for the body but also for the soul. We believed in creating a safe space, a kind of hideaway where stress could go away, and people could become healthier by practicing yoga.

So, we made this special place—a place where the magic of yoga happens. It's like a haven where people can feel better, and together, we explore the path to a healthier and happier life through the wonderful practice of yoga. Come join us in this place of well-being, where life gets better with the timeless magic of yoga.

YOGA

Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle science, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and science of healthy living. The word ‘Yoga’ is derived from the Sanskrit root ‘Yuj’, meaning ‘to join’ or ‘to yoke’ or ‘to unite’. As per Yogic scriptures the practice of Yoga leads to the union of individual consciousness with that of the Universal Consciousness, indicating a perfect harmony between the mind and body, Man & Nature.
